I receive no funding or gift items from pharmaceutical companies. This is out of concern that this practice skews thinking toward medications (as these have financial incentives) and away from other interventions (psychotherapy, work and social rehabilitation etc, depending on circumstances) which are often well-proven but have no equivalent financial incentives driving. However medications are clearly useful in many situations.
